  1. Content. Show videos, articles, images and logos are owned by NowMedia Group Inc. or used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
  2. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Site, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful, defamatory or abusive content.
  3. Submissions. If you send us a message, tip or comment, you confirm it is yours to share and allow us to use it in connection with the show. We will not publish your name without permission.
  4. Donations. Contributions are voluntary, processed by Stripe, and are not charitable donations or tax deductible. Contributions do not buy editorial influence or goods or services.
  5. Store. Merchandise is sold and shipped by third-party vendors, who are responsible for fulfillment, shipping and returns under their own policies.
  6. No warranty. The Site and content are provided “as is.” Commentary is opinion, not legal, financial or professional advice.
  7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for other sites.
  8. Limit of liability. To the extent allowed by law, NowMedia Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site.
  9. Governing law. British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
